1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Lucky Puck's weekly charity draw services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lucky Puck, operated under BC Gaming Event Licence #163215.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To participate in Lucky Puck, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be at least 19 years of age (the age of majority in British Columbia)
- Be a resident of British Columbia, Canada
- Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be excluded from participation by any self-exclusion program or regulatory order
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may request supporting documentation.
3. Account Registration and Security
Account Creation
To participate in draws, you must create an account by providing:
- Full legal name
- Valid email address
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- Province of residence
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
You may not share your account with others or allow others to use your account. Each person may maintain only one account.
4. Weekly Draw Participation
Entry Purchase
Lucky Puck conducts one weekly draw every Friday at 5:00 PM Pacific Time. To participate:
- Select a ticket package (Starter, Champion, or Powerplay)
- Complete payment through our secure payment system
- Receive email confirmation of your entries
Entry Rules
- Each entry has an equal probability of selection
- Entries are valid only for the specific draw indicated at time of purchase
- Entries cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged after purchase (except as required by law)
- Maximum entry limits may apply per person per draw
Draw Procedures
All draws are conducted using certified random selection methods overseen by BC gaming authorities. Draw results are final and binding.
5. Prizes and Winnings
Prize Structure
Prize amounts and tiers are announced prior to each draw period and are subject to change. All prizes are awarded in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Winner Notification
Winners are notified via:
- Email to the address associated with their account
- Phone call to the registered phone number
Winners must respond within 30 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
Prize Claim Requirements
To claim a prize, winners must:
- Verify their identity with government-issued photo ID
- Confirm BC residency with proof of address
- Complete required tax documentation
- Sign prize claim forms and liability releases
Tax Reporting
Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes on prizes. We will issue tax documentation as required by Canadian tax laws.
6. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in Canadian Dollars through our approved payment methods. We accept:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Other payment methods as posted on our website
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not provided except:
- When required by applicable law
- If a draw is cancelled before completion
- In cases of proven technical error
7. Charitable Allocation
A designated percentage of ticket revenue supports community programs in British Columbia, including:
- Community housing support
- Youth development programs
- Healthcare initiatives
- Environmental projects
The specific allocation percentage is disclosed on our website and complies with our gaming license requirements.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose
- Provide false or misleading information
- Create multiple accounts
- Attempt to manipulate or interfere with draw operations
- Use automated systems or bots to purchase entries
- Resell or transfer entries to others
- Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Violation of these prohibitions may result in account termination, forfeiture of entries and prizes, and legal action.
9. Responsible Participation
Lucky Puck is committed to promoting responsible participation. We encourage you to:
- Set personal limits on spending
- Participate only within your means
- Seek help if participation becomes problematic

Self-Exclusion
You may request self-exclusion from Lucky Puck at any time by contacting us at support@luckypuck.ca. Self-exclusion prevents you from accessing your account or participating in draws for a minimum period.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on Lucky Puck, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Lucky Puck or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
- Create derivative works based on our Services
11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or terminate Services for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucky Puck and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Technical failures beyond our control
- Actions of third-party service providers
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for entries in the relevant draw.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lucky Puck, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable laws
- Your misuse of the Services
- Any fraudulent or illegal activities
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email.
Your continued use of Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your account is used for fraudulent purposes
- You no longer meet eligibility requirements
- Required by law or regulatory authorities

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between parties
- Mediation, if negotiation fails
- Binding arbitration in British Columbia (excluding class actions)
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in British Columbia for any matters not resolved through arbitration.
16. Regulatory Compliance
Lucky Puck operates under:
- BC Gaming Event Licence #163215
- Active from December 8, 2025 to June 7, 2026
- Subject to oversight by BC gaming authorities
All operations comply with applicable gaming regulations, consumer protection laws, and charitable gaming requirements.
