When do draws take place?
Every Friday at 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Winners are notified within 48 hours via email and phone.
How do I claim a prize?
Winners are contacted directly with claim instructions. You'll need government-issued photo ID and proof of BC residency.
Can I get a refund?
All ticket purchases are final. Refunds are only provided for draw cancellations or technical errors.
Is Lucky Puck licensed?
Yes, we operate under BC Gaming Event Licence #163215, active from December 8, 2025 to June 7, 2026.
Who can participate?
Lucky Puck is exclusively for BC residents who are 19 years of age or older.
How do I self-exclude?
